Homestead Pricing

  • $250 per night for 1-2 people

  • $45 per night for each additional adult

  • $25 per night for each additional child (17 years and under)

  • Minimum rate of $400 per night on long weekends

  • Prior bookings are essential

 

Homestead Conditions

  • Minimum stay of 3 nights.

  • $200 deposit within 7 days to secure booking.

  • The balance of the tariff is due at least 14 days prior to arrival.

  • Deposits are 50% refundable until the balance due date.

  • If cancellation is made after the full tariff has been paid, a refund will only be made if we are able to replace the booking.

  • One complimentary 15kg bag of firewood per night is provided.

  • Check Out Time: 10:30 am

  • Check In Time: 2:30 pm

  • Homestead guests who book the self-drive 4WD tour have access to all the tracks for the duration of their stay.

Camping Pricing

  • $20 per adult per night

  • $7.50 per child per night (17 years and under)

  • Minimum rate of $100 per site per night on long weekends, so get a few friends to come with you on long weekends - they'll be glad you did.

  • Prior bookings are essential

  • Camping guests who book the self-drive 4WD tour have access to all the tracks for the duration of their stay.

 

Top of the World Campsite Pricing

  • $30 per adult per night

  • $15 per child per night (17 years and under)

  • Minimum rate of $60 per night applies

  • Minimum rate of $150 per night on long weekends

 

Camping Conditions

LONG WEEKENDS

  • $100 deposit due within 14 days of receipt of confirmation email

  • Minimum booking of $100 per night for private campsites

  • The balance of the tariff is due 14 days prior to arrival

  • Deposits are 50% refundable until the balance due date

CAMPING NON-LONG WEEKENDS

  • No deposit required

  • Full tariff is due 7 days prior to arrival

  • If cancellation occurs within 7 days prior to arrival change of dates can be arranged

4wd Self Drive Tour Pricing

  • $50 per vehicle

  • Homestead and camping guests who book the self-drive 4WD tour have access to all the tracks for the duration of their stay.

 

4wd Self Drive Tour Conditions

  • "Exclusion of Liability" form must be completed for each vehicle prior to accessing 4WD tracks

  • Leave gates as you find them.

  • You will be crossing environmentally sensitive country – stay on designated tracks. Tread lightly!

  • Take all of your rubbish with you.

  • Do not disturb grazing animals or interfere with watering points.

  • Keep away from all sheds and farm machinery.

  • Driving on the 4WD tracks is only allowed between dawn and dusk.

Property Policy

  • Leave gates as you find them.

  • You will be crossing environmentally sensitive country – stay on designated tracks. Tread lightly!

  • Take all of your rubbish with you.

  • Campfires are allowed only in designated areas provided at campsites. We encourage you to keep your campfires to a small, sensible level and ensure that all fires are fully extinguished before you leave.

  • Firearms, chainsaws or motorbikes are NOT permitted.

  • Do not disturb grazing animals or interfere with watering points.

  • Keep away from all sheds and farm machinery.

  • Dogs are allowed at campsites - please let us know at time of booking; however no dogs allowed at Homestead

Firewood Policy

One of the great things about camping is sitting around a campfire at night. At Horseshoe Top-End we are committed to ensuring that our tourism enterprise is sustainable and has minimum impact on the environment, particularly the birds and wildlife. That is why we purchase all of the firewood for our guests and do not allow wood to be collected from our property. The cost of the firewood is $20 per 15kg bag.
